Are there any bed and breakfast (casa particular) in Camaguey in Cuba? How to find them once there?

I would like to know who is giving the thumbs down here…
The tourist guide book do normally mention casas – but that information can get out of date quickly.
There are probably people hanging around the bus station and the main tourist areas who will offer to take you to a casa. (They will be doing this for a fee, so may not be impartial.)
If you have enough time, just wander around looking for the casa particular sign.
There are a couple listed here – http://www.cubajunky.com/camaguey/camaguey-casa-particulares-home.htm

that is something that you are going to have to find out once you are on the ground there. I don’t think that they publish that sort of thing in the tourist guides. I know that there are signs on the doors of the casa particular and a buddy of mine traveled around Cuba that way. I would suggest that you ask a taxi driver at the airport to take you to one.
good luck and safe home

Check out the site below you may find some there. With little doubt, the thumbs down are from people with their own agenda who don’t want people visiting Cuba. If you can’t find anything there email Pototo.
