This will be my first visit to a Bed & Breakfast. How much gratuity should be left and when?

Do we tip at the end of the visit? At each free breakfast do we tip? Any one been to one before and can help us out?
Bed and Breakfast’s are very different from hotels and Inns because
they are usually in some ones home and the owners are the hosts.
The fee you pay at the end of your stay is all that is required.
I’ve stayed at a few B&B’s and this is always the rule.
No tipping required.
