What happened to Phoebe Forester on B&B and why is Rick with Stefie now?

Ok I am so behind the 8-ball on this question, but I haven’t seeb B&B in ages and I am cuerrently living overseas where B&B is shown at least 6 months to a year behind. I caught up with it the other day and realised that Rick was with Stefie (last I remeber he was with Taylor) and that Phoebe was dead…. What the hell happened and what is going in now?

Phoebe was killed in a car accident. She was very angry with Rick because she had found out he was in a relationship with her mother, they had a big argument and he got in the car and tried to drive away and she jumped in the passenger seat and continued to argue with him. They crashed and Phoebe died.
Ridge and pretty much all of the Forresters blamed Rick for her death. Ridge and Rick had several fights one of which.. Ridge pushed Rick off a building and he ended up paralyzed. It was temporary though. As revenge and he knew it would really kill Ridge, he hooked up with Steffy. Her parents finally got proof that he was just using her and she finally broke up with him. Now it looks as if they are back together though.
