For 50 euros you can have a double with ensuite facilites at the Hotel Tiquetonne at 6 rue Tiquetonne in the very heart of Paris.

True they don’t include breakfast but if you’re expecting anyplace in France to have bangers, fried eggs, baked beans, toast and porridge for breakfast you can pretty much forget it. The French have a light breakfast of bread, jam and cafe au lait and that’s generally it.

If you can’t endure life without a massive breakfast while in Paris then wander over to Breakfast in America ( http://www.breakfast-in-america.com/ ) for the American version of a British fry up.

Yes, I’ve attended a wedding that took place at a B&B. It wasn’t the greatest wedding I was ever at, but certainly not the worst. The B&B up the street from us does INCREDIBLE weddings, so it really depends on the B&B and the people involved.

Oh, and be sure to block off rooms at a local hotel for those who can’t get into the B&B.

I’ve been self employed for over 20 years. My first suggestion – contact some bed & breakfast places that won’t be your competition. Maybe stay at their place a weekend & see operations from the inside out (trust me, if you aren’t direct competition they will help you).

Once you see what is involved. You’ll need to figure out your bills how much you have to invest, etc. DO NOT count on getting ANY SBA, Private loans…

On one website I saw it said class a/b and a other a class d. In the sense of wattage what diffrent separates the two?

Even class D amps can push less than what they say. With that being said (Plus I have this amp and I know the deal on it..) This is a Class D amp. It is a single channel amp that will put out 300 watts rms @ 2 ohms. It will also put out 150watts rms @ 4 ohms. If you have an amp that is rated at 300 watts, the only real way to know that it will produce that much is to ground test it or you can just look for the 2006 CEA certified sticker. Amp that have this sticker have been tested and are capable of producing the power that they state at a certain ohm. This is a really good amp I have it and love it. I recommend going with the Kicker Comps for this amp b/c they are a perfect match for it. Also if you have two subs that you are trying to power, make sure that you wire them up so the amp ill see a 2 ohm load (that way the amp will produce 300 rather than 150watts). I have never been to Hawaii and would like to take 2 weeks and go. I am not looking to do a lot of sight seeing I just want a quiet Bed and Breakfast. On the beach, no clocks, no schedule, no TV. Any suggestion of good places would be apriciated.

I cannot recommend specific B&Bs, but I would concentrate my search in the following areas of Oahu: Lanikai, Kailua, or further north on the windward coast, maybe Kaaawa or Hauula.

It is located in 84 3rd Ave Melville, Jburg. I was wondering about location and safety of the guest house. We are going to World Cup next year and I am finding most hotels are already booked.

Melville is generally a reasonably safe area. But wherever you go in South Africa, you’re going to have to watch your step very carefully. The criminals here are going to have themselves a wonderful time with all the foreigners wandering around here next year.

Would love to visit Ireland from Canada but it would be a weekend type trip. Was just wondering what the ball park figure would be for a B&B around both cities ..and besides the touristy things what are some cool places to visit..famous cemetry or forgotten castle stuff llike that.

I would like to run a small bed and breakfast on an occasional basis. (2 or 3 bedrooms maximum). If the rest of the house is my residence, do I need to apply for a commerical mortgage or can I have a residential mortgage? I will be buying a new property for this purpose as my present property does not have ensuite bedrooms

Ive just purchased an existing Guesthouse which required a commercial mortgage, but the bank would only sanction the money after reveiwing 3yrs accounts and my own buisiness plan. The other thing to look at is they will only a maximum of 70%. Some indipendent mortgage companies will only lend 50%, my advise there would only use a bank. While viewing several guesthouses i came across a couple that brought their house and converted it to a guesthouse, and after having all the work completed they then informed the various banks and insurance people of what they had done. I belive their mortgage hasnt changed, just the extra cost of insurances and taxes. Good luck with your search, we are just waiting for a date to move and very excited about it.

She had no idea that I was going to propose so she freaked out/cried/laughed all at the same time. This was done at the Boutique Bed and Breakfast in Tagaytay.
